Model shooting
Among the many activities of the day (please
read reports about previous editions), this year we'll celebrate 40 years
of the Asahi Pentax 6x7 medium format SLR camera, which was introduced by
Pentax (formerly Asahi Opt. Co.) in 1968. By bringing the convenience of
the 35mm SLR to medium format and backed up by a wide and excellent range
of lenses, the Asahi Pentax 6x7 was widely adopted and appreciated by
landscape and fashion photographers worldwide.
The
main photo exhibition by AOHC members is themed about “Nature". The
winning pictures, selected by a jury at the Pentax Day, will show-up in
the AOHC calendar 2009.
Another group exhibition of pictures by AOHC members will be on display.
Visitors
attending the event will also find pretty models and sport cars to shoot
at, and much more.
