This year's event will take place at the Congress Center of the Albornoz Palace Hotel in Spoleto (Via G. Matteotti, 10 – 06049 Spoleto - PG).

Among the many activities of the day (read reports about previous editions), this year we'll celebrate 40 years of the Spotmatic, the milestone in the development of the SLR which was introduced in Japan in 1964, on occasion of Tokyo Olympic Games.

On this occasion, AOHC will start a  Historic Register of the Spotmatic, accepting all Spotmatic, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic F, SP500, SP1000 and SL, including motor drive and special versions. The owner of the Spotmatic bearing the lowest serial number present at the Pentax Day will be awarded a special prize.

Among the photo exhibitions, pictures about “People” will participate to the selection for AOHC calendar 2005.
